This is a trailer of my coaching session with a real client, Adrian N. Havelock, from Trinidad. This is based on my A.V. P.A.S.S.W.O.R.D system for audience engagement. The context for this is that Adrian who is one of the top sales trainers in Trinidad is finding difficulties in engaging audiences emotionally. He has not been able to find a story. And he did not want to talk about his life. I asked him if he remembers folklore or fairy tales, and he spoke about soucouyant, a witch that comes in the night to suck dry people’s blood. I then showed Adrian how to use this as a metaphor about businesses whose life is being sucked out — and if they did nothing to prevent the damage, their organisation would eventually die.
